Filminera, the renowned mining company in Aroroy, organized a welcoming party for the Bb. Aroroy 2008 entourage. Kaloka kasi we missed our lunch and was hoping na pakakainin muna kami but the transport services with matching security personnel brought us from the gate entrance upon our arrival directly to the clubhouse for the required safety lecture and then we proceeded with the tour na agad. They gave us safety hats and neon-green vests. We were given exemption from one strict rule, wearing of safety shoes. Dahil nga we came from our beach pictorial in Tinigban, most of the staff and PAs were in slippers.
The pictorial site was on top of a hill that offered a 360-degree view of the mining company's properties.
O sige, tiniis ang gutom muna, kaloka, for the sake of art. Candidates, remember, beauty under pressure ang ating motto!
We were exhilrated with the view in fairness. Ok, that was quite worth the missed lunch and rough road trip from Tinigban. Seld-mind conditioning ba, hahaha!
After the pictorial, we returned to the clubhouse and then Alleluiah! Snacks were served. That sandwhich and bottle of coke was like manna in the desert, hahaha!
Dahil sa tiniis na gutom at pagod, we decided to have a festive dinner afterwards at the covered court. Everybody was in super-lafang mode that night.
